Easy Cheesecake

Ingredients for 2 glasses

Half a packet of petit beurre biscuits
2 packets of Philadelpheia cream cheese
a tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar

Using a processor, grind the biscuits into a powder. In a small sausepan, melt the butter and then mix it with the biscuit powder. This will be our base. Place the mixture at the bottom of the glasses

Now on a bowl add the sugar and the cheese and mix all the ingrediends with a mixer for 5 minutes. When your cream is somewhat fluffy, add in on the top of the glass. Put the glasses in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Now you can add whatever you want for extra taste and color. I added morello in sugar sirup at the top. Place it again in the fridge until you serve it.

EDIT: Ok, today I found out it was a bad idea to place the topping just a few hours after you've made your dessert. My cheesecake cracked up and all the sirup was absorbed to the bottom. So if you want a properly-looking cheesecake, I suggest you put your topping a few minutes before you serve it
